ATV Tire, Wheel and Bolt Pattern Chart

To understand your tires you first have to know what size is your OEM tires are. You can find this out by referring to your owners manual or the application chart below. You can also just read the numbers on the side of your tires and do the math.

What do the numbers mean?

Tire Example: Dunlop 25 x 10 x 12

Tire Diameter = 25″
Tire Width = 10″
Rim Diameter = 12″

Wheel Example: Steel Wheel 10 x 8 3+5 4/110

Wheel Diameter = 10″
Wheel Width = 8″
Wheel Offset = 3″ mounting centerline to inside wheel edge and 5″ mounting center line to the outside wheel edge
Number of Bolt Holes = 4

Spacing of bolt holes = 110″ (measured from center of one bolt hole across center of wheel to opposite bolt hole)

Note: Most OEM Wheel Applications have no offset (the wheel is centered over the hub). In these cases, the wheel offset is omitted from the listing.

How to determine bolt patterns?

You can determine your bolt pattern by measuring “in millimeters” the distance from the center of one wheel stud to the center of the opposite wheel stud.

Next, determine your correct bolt pattern. Convert your measurement from inches to millimeters by multiplying by “25.4”

Example: Wheel stud measurement: 4-5/16″ = (4.313″)
Formula: 4.313 x 25.4 = 109.6 mm ==> 110mm bolt pattern

How can Real Wheel Late Model wheels be the lightest, roundest, and strongest wheels on the market?

They are the lightest because we use a .125 shell, the strongest because of our unique three piece center gusset to give strength where it is needed and roundest because of our double heat treat which allows us to true the wheel.

How do I get a sponsorship?

Every year we get hundreds of request for free wheels. The truth is while we would like to give everyone a deal this is just not possible. Sponsorships come from wheel sales, which we take on a case by case basis. The best time to submit a sponsorship request is late September early October.

Can I get a different outer bead lock ring with my wheel?

Yes. We will have all the different rings available for your wheel upon check out. Please keep in mind that this may change the price up or down depending on the style of the outer ring.

Are your wheels SFI approved?

Also our 15" and 17" front wheels are SFI15.2 approved.

SFI approved front wheels will start with the prefix DF.XXXXXX

Why are Real Racing Wheels not suitable for street use?

Real Racing Wheels are manufactured for a specific application (racing, pulling, etc.) We keep the weight down while maintaining enough strength to ensure that the wheels survive their intended purpose.
